Lifecycle Baseline 2005

This Lifecycle Baseline describes the totality of the activities in terms of scope, schedule and cost undertaken on Oldbury by British Nuclear Group on behalf of the NDA. It covers the whole site lifecycle from present through to the complete discharge of the site’s liabilities over 85 years.
